Read more →We've all heard of phở, the most popular Vietnamese dish. There are many variations of it, but beef stock and sliced beef is the classic.
Chewy, savory, and bite-sized delicacies. There's never enough of these when you happen to be eating them.
A rice vermicelli noodle soup with a shrimp paste and crab stock; one of my favorites.
Served with rice. I get tired of eating this, but it's a classic nonetheless.
Whole chicken boiled with the rice porridge stock.
Better than lemonade. I've been drinking this often.
Broken rice with steamed egg, grilled beef/pork cutlet, tender pork skin, and vegetables.
The smell and taste of durian is controversial. To me, it smells and tastes wonderful.
